In 2021, Hung La launched his fashion label Lu'u Dan. The brand is rooted in his Asian identity and culture and is a celebration of the new legacies that people in his community made as soon as they broke free of stereotypical expectations. By infusing traditional prints, color palettes, and silhouettes into twenty-first-century style, Lu’u Dan pays homage to the past while welcoming it into a new era of fashion.
