Serre's work is rooted in upcycling as a foundational process. From the beginning, she committed to using deadstock and discarded materials to create high-quality garments. This approach has evolved into a sophisticated in-house operation with 70 staff members, where her team transforms deadstock materials into carefully crafted pieces through precise tailoring and attention to detail.
