This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from antidotestyle.com (ANT/DOTE the “Site”).

8. Abandoned cart

This Site uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

DO NOT TRACK 

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser. 

YOUR RIGHTS 

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. As a Californian resident you may request that we delete your personal data as permitted by law. Please note however, some data is required in order fulfill legal obligations, such as processing and dispatching orders, or for tax purposes.   

DATA RETENTION 

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. 

MINORS 

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of legal requirement according to their state, province, or country of residence. Any minor using this site must have permission from their legal parent or guardian who are of legal age.
