PANCONESI

Marco Panconesi is an Italian jewelry designer born in Florence in 1989 who founded his eponymous brand PANCONESI in Paris in 2018. Coming from a family of educators and artisans, he initially pursued classical Latin and Greek studies with aspirations to become an archaeologist—an influence that continues to shape his design approach. Graduating from Polimoda in 2011 with a fashion design degree, he worked in accessories studios at Givenchy and Balenciaga before establishing himself as an independent designer collaborating with brands like Mulberry, Mugler, and Fenty. In 2019, he was appointed Head Designer of jewelry at FENDI, followed by becoming Design Director at Swarovski in 2021. His jewelry line sits at the intersection of tradition and disruption, treating each piece as a miniature sculpture that brings together Italian fine jewelry craftsmanship with contemporary innovation.
