ONLINE RETURN POLICY

ANT/DOTE is committed to providing you with the highest level of service and would like you to be happy with your purchase. Please feel free to try your purchases within the comfort of your home and should you decide to make an exchange or return, simply follow the directions below. 

We offer complimentary refunds within 7 days after delivery for the US. Refunds must be initiated through our returns center. Once your return has been confirmed to meet all return policy guidelines and approved, you will receive an email with the approval and a return label. Please print and include the approval in your return shipment. Please write your issued RMA number on the outside of the box. 

International refund return costs will be incurred by the customer. Refunds must be initiated through our returns center. Once your return has been confirmed to meet all return policy guidelines and approved, you will receive an email with the approval. Please print and include the approval in your return shipment and write your issued RMA number on the outside of the box. Please note that due to customs, some items may take longer to arrive back to the ANT/DOTE facility, and this can delay the timing of the refund.  

The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags still attached, along with the original packaging. Once the item has been checked, we will issue a refund via the original method of payment only, followed by a confirmation email. Please allow up to ten business days for the refund to be processed. If your purchase is within the U.S. , all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the U.S. , sales tax and customs and duties are non-refundable. Express shipping costs are non-refundable. Final Sale items, priced 50% off or more, are not eligible for returns.  

Apparel: 
All items must have original tags attached, be unworn and / or unaltered and be free of makeup or perfume. 

Footwear: 
Original shoe box and dust bag must be included in the return. Soles must not show any signs of use. Shoe box must not be used as the shipping box. 

Bags, Eyewear, and Accessories: 
All packaging, dust bags and authenticity cards must be included in the return. 

FINAL SALE: 

Fine Jewelry, Costume Jewelry, Eyewear, Lingerie, Underwear, Hosiery, Socks, Swimsuits and Swim Shorts, Evening Bags, Beauty, Fragrances, Home Furnishings, Books and Magazines are not eligible for refunds. All markdowns 50% and greater will be considered final sale. 

Customized or altered items are not eligible for returns. 

Gift cards are to be redeemed for store items only. 

In the event an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately to resolve the situation. 

ANT/DOTE reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. 

Exchanges: 
Should you wish to exchange an item, simply return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately. Once the original item is received back in our facility, a refund will be issued to your original payment. Please contact us with any specific questions around this.

Final Sale items (including all markdown items) are not eligible for returns.
