Shipping policy

ONLINE PURCHASES

 DOMESTIC 

  • Orders from the US receive complimentary standard shipping over $500. 
  • All shipments will require a signature for delivery. 
  • Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day. 
  • We offer upgraded shipping that will incur a charge.
  • Standard: $15 or complimentary over $500, 3-4 days
  • Express: $45, 2 days

 INTERNATIONAL 

  • International orders $750 and over receive complimentary standard shipping. 
  • All international shipments will be sent via UPS or DHL. Upgraded shipping fees do not guarantee arrival in the specified time as they must be cleared through customs.  
  • All shipments will require a signature for delivery. 
  • Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day. 
  • Shipping cost, duties and taxes will be calculated at time of purchase.  

ONLINE RETURNS

DOMESTIC

  • Complimentary return labels are provided should an item need to be returned. The label will be provided via our return portal.  
  • All returns must adhere to our return policy. 

INTERNATIONAL

  • International return fees will be incurred by the customer. 
  • For International returns please reach out to info@antidotestyle.com so that we can provide you with customs documentation.  
  • Please note that due to customs, some items may take longer to arrive back to the ANT/DOTE facility, and this can delay the timing of the refund. 
  • Shipping, duties, and taxes will not be refunded on international returns. 
  • All returns must adhere to our return policy. 

 

IN-STORE SHIPPING POLICY  

IN-STORE PURCHASES: 

  • In store purchases in person, phone orders, and client preorders, will have complimentary shipping to the client’s home over $500.  
  • We offer upgraded shipping that will incur a charge: 
  • Ground: $15, or complimentary over $500
  • 2nd Day: $45 
  • Next Day Delivery: $100 
  • Consignments will be shipped via 2 Day Air with a return label. Overnight shipping will incur a cost of $100. Clients will pay a service fee to partially cover shipping fees for any consignments (fee TBD).  

IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS: 

  • Items purchased in person needing to be returned to ANT/DOTE via any type of shipment method will be at the customer’s discretion. ANT/DOTE does not provide return labels for items purchased in person. 
  • Phone orders will have a complimentary ground return label included with the item for all domestic purchases. 
  • Any international returns from in person purchases are fully at the customer’s discretion for return shipping. 
  • All returns must adhere to our return policy.
